Hello! Thank you for perusing the site and learning about what I do. Here is a bit more about who I am and my journey.

A dynamic, intense, and joy loving woman who can hold silence with deep compassion and crack sarcasm with the best of you. Several years ago I wouldn’t have claimed to be a woman, just a “professional”, or “executive”. Thankfully, I am more settled into who I am and am grateful to offer a view of a feminine entrepreneur that will seem like a paradox to some, a call to action for others.

I am a relentless learner who enjoys some occasional “reality” but am really much more interested in what’s possible. I derive tremendous satisfaction from working with people who are willing to be courageous and explore what’s possible for them by challenging the stories that keep them "safe".

My life and my work are intentionally constructed around my core values – integrity, equality, and courage. It hasn’t always been that way. I learned through years of living in painful misalignment that I prefer to be intentional and strategic about what - and who - I choose to say 'yes' to.

That level of reflection can be frustrating and sometimes downright exhausting. In fact, I often laugh about it with my friends. But, in all my searching, I haven't found a deeper sense of fulfillment or contentment.

So, I have to ask, “Is your life everything you want it to be?”
